StoriesLab is a day-long interactive exploration into the possibilities of story.
We’re baaaack! The second iteration of StoriesLab is in full effect. StoriesLead, an initiative of pride collaborative, has teamed with co-presenter, the Center for Media & Social Impact, to bring you this day-long interactive exploration into the possibilities of story to entertain, inform, connect, and engage.
Last year we convened at American University for our first conference. This year we’re headed to the Brookland neighborhood in DC to gather at the Edgewood Arts Building as we continue to highlight the advancements that the digital and technological landscape has brought to the art of storytelling, while also recognizing the importance of strong narrative.
StoriesLab 2014 will focus on immersive storytelling and is intended to be hands-on. It’ll feature workshops and presentations from some of the industry’s heavy hitters. We’re talking the cofounder of StoryCode & Murmur, Mike Knowlton; and Executive Producer of Sandy Storyline, Rachel Falcone, just to name a few. Trust us, if you’re a media maker, content creator, or just a lover of story innovation, you won’t want to miss this one. Early registration is now open and active, plus you’ll get an extra 15% off when you use coupon code StoriesLead1. Go ahead and register to reserve your spot because seats are limited.
